In light of ongoing global health concerns, and the recent Shelter-In-Place order issued by the Contra Costa County Department of Health, we wanted to reach out to you, as part of our community and let you know that your wellbeing, and the wellbeing of our teams and guests, is our number one priority.

At this time Antioch Auto Center, All Star Ford, All Star Hyundai, and Tracy Ford are all open for business, as defined in the Shelter-In-Place order.  However, we are carefully following all appropriate safety procedures as outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).  We're taking care of our team members so that our dedicated staff are ready and available to take care of your vehicle sales, service and parts needs.

For our guests, we have activated our preparedness plan, continue to monitor the rapidly evolving situation and are closely following all recommended guidelines. We have taken extra measures to keep our facility as clean as we can by creating a regular daily schedule of cleaning and disinfecting.  All common touchpoints are being cleaned every two hours to ensure the facility is a safe area.  We have also contracted with a nightly cleaning service for larger and more general cleaning. 

We are encouraging our team members to follow the guidelines to protect themselves by monitoring their health, providing hand sanitizer and hand towels in all meeting areas and for office equipment. We have also asked our staff to stay home if they or someone in their household is sick.

For our customers who have concerns regarding entering our facility, we are remaining as flexible as possible for you.  To eliminate concerns, if you are looking to purchase a vehicle or take a test drive and cannot make it to the dealership, we will deliver the vehicle to your home up to 30 miles at NO CHARGE.  Please contact us at your earliest convenience to talk with a representative today about your options.

In addition, our website is equipped with the tools you need to appraise your trade, calculate your payment and request financing.  All from the comfort of your home.

For our service and parts customers, currently we don't anticipate any immediate service delays or disruptions, but if that situation changes, we'll be sure to let you know.  If you are having trouble getting to the dealership, please contact us and we will make arrangements with you to get your vehicle picked up and returned.
